- Anyone who simply prefers treatment in a familiar, comfortable setting
Exacting standards, now at home
Nick's background is in high-end private practice, treating clients who expect nothing less than the best care available — including time spent working alongside high-performance and professional athletes, where the margin for error is just as slim.
That path changed when a close family friend had a stroke and needed physiotherapy at home, but struggled to find care that matched what he needed. Nick began treating him personally, and word of the results travelled — first through his case manager, then through other care coordinators. A dedicated aged care home-visit practice grew from there.
Every home visit today carries the same exacting standard as that private practice background, applied to the goals that matter most at this stage of life: staying steady, staying independent, and staying comfortable at home.
Funding & eligibility
Home visits may be accessible through Support at Home (which replaced Home Care Packages), the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), DVA, or private health cover, depending on your circumstances. Get in touch to talk through what applies to you.
Do you accept Support at Home funding?
Yes. Support at Home replaced Home Care Packages in November 2025, and physiotherapy home visits can be funded through it depending on your classification and budget.
Can I still use a Home Care Package?
If you were already on a Home Care Package, you've transitioned automatically to Support at Home — your funding continues, just under the new program name.
Is CHSP (Commonwealth Home Support Programme) accepted?
Yes. CHSP remains a separate, active program and can cover entry-level home visit physiotherapy support.
Do you accept DVA funding?
Yes, DVA card holders can access home visit physiotherapy through their DVA entitlements.
